On Friday and Saturday, various talent and junior competitions will take place as part of the City Biathlon: On Friday morning – supported by Ostsächsische Sparkasse Dresden – a talent scouting event will take place together with Dresden primary schools. The kids will have the opportunity to get to know all facets of biathlon sport in a fun way at four exercise stations with an obstacle course, inline course, ski experience and laser shooting. The coaches from the Saxony Ski Association and the Dresden ski clubs provide support with their expertise. The places for school classes are already fully booked.

Sports ambassador Denise Herrmann-Wick will accompany the junior activities and provide the kids with advice:

„I am looking forward to supporting City Biathlon in my home state of Saxony and investing time in talent scouting. I will remain closely connected to the biathlon after my active career and I am excited about this task and many wonderful moments in Dresden“
